Attend your initial call with your Care team member. We'll ask you some questions and you can ask all of yours. After your call, we'll send you a $25 Amazon gift card!*
Our program is personalized to you and features 7 steps you can complete at your own pace. Your Coach will be there to support you along the way.
Earn your second $25 Amazon gift card* after completing Essentials 1 and five weekly check-ins.

You must currently smoke, vape, or consume smokeless tobacco, join by the specified deadline date, and complete an onboarding call with our Care team to receive your first gift card. To receive your second gift card, you must complete Essentials 1 in the program, which includes completing all the content modules and 5 weekly check-ins. Participation is limited to individuals and their family members who are eligible for the Pelago program(s) through their health plan or employer but have yet to enroll in the Pelago program(s). Allow up to 4 weeks after your initial Care team call or re-assessment to receive your gift cards. Receiving a gift card from us may have tax implications. We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
